• Document conversion (Word, Excel, PowerPoint to PDF)
• PDF processing (merge, split, compress)
• Image optimization and compression
• File format conversion services

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all file formats
• Specific processing times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OfficeFileX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

In no event shall OfficeFileX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
